Vacancy for the Post of "Manager MIS and Data Analytics"

 Job Responsibilities:

·         Overall management of Front-Line Experience: (i) SQ Policy (ii) SOP & All SQ related MIS respectively.

·         Advise SQ standards, implementation, monitoring, evaluation/rating & reporting methodologies.

·         Provide guidance to the branches to comprehend the quality requirements.

·         SQ off-site Monitoring & Measuring of Business Units implementation of Service Management Program through review of designated SQ Officer QA Branch Audit Reports.

·         Execution of Service Quality Program (Customer Feedback, SQO Visits, Telephonic Mystery Shopping.

·         Ensure that required coordination with Regions, Areas & Branches is carried out by RSQMs including periodic visit of branches.

·         Review and discuss outstanding/ pending issues with RSQMs.

·         Periodically coordinate/laise with stakeholders to highlight pending/chronic issues and to discuss further improvements.

·         Meetings/Discussions with RBHs as well as AM's where required to discuss overall Service Quality.

·         Visit Branches on a periodic basis where required to obtain an overview of Service Delivery extended at branches and/or to investigate any service related issue.

·         Coordinate the execution of periodic External Customer Satisfaction surveys as and when required by management to measure Voice of customer.

·         Initiative towards enhancing the role of Service Quality Division by improving upon current SQ tools as and when required.

·         Coordinate Audit Activities.

·         Review of SQ Audit reports of designated SQ Officers for identification of scoring error, if any.

·    Manage or arrange roll out of respective branches SQ Audit Report Ratings and findings to branches / Business's line Management for their appropriate guidance & remedial action.

·         Communication of SQ Policy, SOP down the line.

·    SQ Monthly Consolidated Report, providing for final SQ rating derived from the reviewed SQ Audit reports received during the month, Share I Return to respective RBH / Business's line Management i.e. respective GH RBC.

·         Monthly consolidated Call Audit Reporting.

·         Conduct MSP & CSS through external agencies.

·         Rectification of Internal & SBP audit observations.

·         Provide support to the Head Service Quality, if and when required, on various projects and quality improvement initiatives.


Post Vacant:         Lahore

Qualification:    Minimum Bachelors or equivalent qualification from a HEC
                                recognized institute/ foreign university, Preference shall be
                                given to Masters or equivalent qualification.

Experience:        Minimum 05 years of relevant Banking experience.
                               (Preference shall be given to candidates having Team
                                Leader/experience at same level).

Age                   Upto 55 Years as of December 17, 2021.
