ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan was on Wednesday brie­fed on the execution of a five-year improvement bundle for Gilgit-Baltistan. The arrangement was reported by the public authority early this year.

Under the arrangement, Rs370 billion would be delivered for different improvement projects in Gilgit-Baltistan till financial year 2025-26.

"The focal government is revolved around accelerating the speed of work on various improvement projects in Gilgit-Baltistan by taking convincing measures to ensure task of administrative and financial powers," the head manager was refered to as saying.

Mr Khan coordinated specialists worried to clear all legitimate and procedural hiccups in such manner to work with individuals of Gilgit-Baltistan who he said needed to go right to Islamabad for getting their issues settled.

At the gathering, the head administrator was advised with regards to arrangements being made for twelfth Rabi-ul-Awwal festivities.

Government Ministers Chaudhry Fawad Hussain, Noor-ul-Haq Qadri, Shafqat Mehmood, Special Assistants to PM Shehbaz Gill, Usman Dar, Senator Faisal Javed, and Member of National Assembly Amir Mehmood Kayani went to the gathering.

Sindh Governor Imran Ismail, Senator Saifullah Niazi and Dr Atta-ur-Rehman went to the gathering through video interface.
